Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from your purchase date to request an exchange or be issued a refund.
If you are within 15 days of your purchase date you will be issued a full refund. 
If you are 16 days - 30 days from your issue date you will be issued store credit.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it . Unworn, unwashed, and tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you will not be eligible for an exchange or credit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on accessories, final sale items, shoes or gift cards.

Starting an exchange
To start an exchange or store credit, you can contact us at info@threadedblue.com. Return shipping fees are covered by the customer, unless the item is damaged, then Threaded Blue Boutique will pay for the return shipping label.
